  4. The information in this document applies to new Almanac
  5. customers.  If you have registered a previous version of
  6. Almanac, please refer to the information contained in the
  7. UPGRADE.TXT file.

  9. Shareware Registration
  10. ======================
  11. The Shareware registration package includes the latest
  12. release of Almanac on 3.5" HD disk, user manual, and personal
  13. registration license.
  14.  
  15. The Shareware registration is a per-user license agreement,
  16. and can only be purchased in the name of an individual for
  17. their personal use on one or more computers.
  18.  
  19. Commercial Registration
  20. =======================
  21. The Commercial package of Almanac includes the latest release
  22. of Almanac on 3.5" HD disk, user manual, and registration
  23. card.  Commercial customers are automatically notified when a
  24. major upgrade is released.  If you ever encounter a problem
  25. with Almanac, a correction disk will be sent to you
  26. immediately (or as soon as it is available) at no charge.

  28. The Commercial package is a per-user license agreement
  29. available to businesses, organizations, and any customer who
  30. prefers the full-service support offered by this package.
  31.  
  32. Site Licenses
  33. =============
  34. Site license discounts are available to businesses and
  35. organizations who would like to purchase a site license per
  36. user OR per workstation, whichever is the lesser amount.
  37. Please contact us for a package that fits your needs.

  39. Credit Cards
  40. ============
  41. Any customer who would like to use their VISA, MasterCard,
  42. American Express, Discover, or Diners Club credit card
  43. can order by calling 1-800-777-7687 in the U.S. and Canada.

  46. Payment Terms

  48. We can accept checks and money orders (MUST be payable
  49. through a U.S. bank), in addition to the credit cards
  50. mentioned above.  Purchase orders are accepted from
  51. major companies, governments, and universities.

  53. Requests will not be processed without proper tax or
  54. shipping charges.  Credit card orders will be adjusted.

  58. Registrations will be processed upon receipt of the
  59. current equivalent of U.S. funds in check or money order
  60. (must be drawn or paid through a U.S. bank) or credit
  61. card request (subject to the currency exchange rates used
  62. by your credit card company).
